The purpose of this test is to give insight into the composition of your microbiota. We're going to use that information to help you improve your unique microbiota with personalized tips. To accomplish this, we will ask you to complete a short questionnaire (about 10 minutes). This questionnaire helps us gain valuable insights into your health, eating habits and lifestyle, which are essential to tailoring your gut bacteria test results specifically to you.

In addition, we have a mission to advance research on gut microbiota. With your permission, we would like to use the anonymized data from the questionnaire for scientific research.
